Our client, a large-scale global EdTech platform - trusted by 20M+ learners and 6,000+ companies, including 80% of the Fortune 1000 - is looking for a customer-facing technical trainer to help enterprise teams build real data and AI capability.
This isn't a back-office content role. You'll be in front of the room (virtual and onsite), teaching high-impact sessions, and building custom courses, projects, certifications, and assessments tailored to each customer's tools and outcomes.
What you'll do
- Deliver live technical training to enterprise teams - multiple hours/week in front of a classroom
- Design and publish reusable learning content: courses, certifications, assessments
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Content to scope blended learning paths
- Translate complex technical topics for mixed audiences - analysts, engineers, business users, executives
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- A career built around data, analytics, or AI - not occasional use of these tools in a different discipline
- 2+ years of experience providing live technical training
/teaching experience to business clients
, not primarily students or internal teams - Hands-on experience working with AI tools or concepts as part of your professional practice - you don't need to be an AI engineer, but you should be fluent enough to teach it confidently
- Experience with at least one programming language (Python, SQL, R), and at least one BI/visualization tool (Power BI or Tableau)
- You genuinely love teaching - and you're comfortable adapting the same content for a beginner analyst or a VP
- Strong communicator, detail-oriented, process-driven
- Flexible with time zones (this is not a 9-to-5) and open to travels for onsite delivery across the US
This may not be the right fit if:
- Your training experience is mostly academic, government, or internal-facing
- Data/AI has been adjacent to your career rather than central to it
- You have no experience with any of the programming languages or BI/Visualization tools
Location: the candidate must be based in the US (ideally East or Central time) with a valid working permit; the role is remote (doesn't require going to the office on weekly basis) but will include travels across the US for onsite training delivery
Compensation: Base salary, equity, flexible PTO, 401(k) match, full health coverage, and a yearly learning + home-office budget. The base salary for this position may vary based on several factors, including the approved job level.
If you love teaching and you want to see your impact reflected in customer outcomes (and your comp), we'd love to hear from you.
