We are engaging Hub Spot Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting real-world workflows within Hub Spot. You'll use your hands-on Hub Spot experience to complete realistic CRM and sales workflows and contribute high-quality interaction data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.
Responsibilities- Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Hub Spot using practical CRM and sales operations experience.
- Navigate Hub Spot features related to contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Create, update, and manage CRM records and complete common sales and customer management workflows.
- Perform workflows involving lead management, deal tracking, pipeline management, and CRM automation.
- Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
- Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
- Document workflow steps and clearly explain the Hub Spot tools, features, and actions used.
- Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project guidelines.
- Work independently while following project instructions and quality standards.
- Strong hands-on experience using Hub Spot CRM in a professional environment.
- Experience with sales operations, CRM management, lead management, deal pipelines, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Hub Spot reporting, segmentation, and CRM data management.
- Prior experience with AI data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or similar Human Data projects is a plus.
- Current access to Hub Spot and the ability to navigate the platform independently.
- Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly explain workflows and processes.
