IT Business Support Analyst_ Remote
1 year contract, possible extension and/or conversion to full-time
CST or EST preferred
Day to Day:- Managing Service Now tickets tied to system integration and lifecycle/development issues
- Supporting data migration and platform consolidation efforts
- Collaborating across IT, SE&D, Operations, and vendor teams
- Monitoring system performance and contributing to ongoing improvements
- Providing support beyond a traditional helpdesk level (strong critical thinking and problem-solving)
- Complementary
Skills: - Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Experience providing IT support beyond helpdesk-level functions, with exposure to enterprise systems
