- Be the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues across chat and video.
- Own the support function end-to-end, from answering questions to developing scalable processes.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in technical support or customer engineering at a fast-growing SaaS company.
- Technical enough to dig into logs and unfamiliar codebases to diagnose issues.
- High agency with excellent written and verbal communication.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $60k - $100k salary plus equity and fully covered benefits.
