Website Onboarding Specialist

Role overview

This role sits within the professional services team of a hospitality technology company, designing and launching websites for hotel clients around the world. The work blends consultative customer interaction with hands-on website building, project management, and visual design.

• Create high-quality, professional hospitality websites through an in-house website builder, using a consultative approach with each client.
• Manage multiple website onboarding projects end-to-end, tracking timelines, records, and task management systems.
• Communicate directly with customers via video calls, email, and voice calls across diverse profiles and regions.
• Investigate website issues, recommend improvements, and coordinate with internal teams on escalations and updates.
• Produce branded visual elements using graphic design tools and source or develop content to build sites efficiently.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and stay current on website design and development trends.

• 1+ years of website design and development experience.
• 1+ years of HTML and CSS experience.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
• Experience with a CMS such as Word Press, Drupal, or Duda.
• Background in customer service or professional services onboarding.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Fully remote position with a 10:00-19:00 UTC working shift.
