Product manager for B2C marketplace products

Kaufland e-commerce develops online marketplace solutions for customers, sellers, and partners. Its Tech & Product Team works to improve the shopping experience for customers and the selling experience for sellers.

• Lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for B2C products on the Kaufland Global Marketplace, aligning company goals with customer needs
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality digital products
• Design and ship LLM-powered product features, from concept and prompt design through evaluation, quality monitoring, and continuous iteration in production
• Drive experimentation by forming hypotheses, designing and running A/B tests, and using results to make product decisions that improve customer engagement and conversion
• Define tracking concepts with analytics teams and use funnel and behavioral data to optimize product discovery, evaluation, and purchasing
• Work with UX designers and researchers to craft customer journeys, validate them through user research and usability testing, and iterate
• Identify customer needs and pain points through behavioral data, user research, and market trends, and prioritize valuable opportunities
• Monitor AI and e-commerce trends and identify how emerging technologies can create customer value

• A builder mindset and passion for turning ideas into reality
• Experience taking a product from scratch, from ideation and concept development through execution and delivery
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based features into consumer products
• B2C product experience
• Ability to design and evaluate A/B tests, define tracking concepts, and answer questions using data
• Strong UX understanding and ability to derive actionable insights from user research and data
• Communication skills and experience collaborating with software development teams and stakeholders
• Fluent English (C1)
