This role will provide dedicated Scrum Master support for Data & Analytics teams, with a focus on improving Agile execution, Azure Dev Ops discipline, delivery visibility, and team coordination.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support predictable sprint delivery across two aligned teams.
• Partner with the Business Analyst to ensure backlog readiness, clear acceptance criteria, and effective sprint intake.
• Own Azure Dev Ops setup, workflow consistency, dashboards, and delivery reporting.
• Establish QA gates and process standards to improve quality, reduce rework, and increase transparency.
• Remove blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and elevate risks with mitigation options.
• Ideally looking for someone who has integrated Scrum from the ground up.

7+ years of Agile experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master.

Experience supporting multiple delivery teams in data engineering, analytics, or technology environments.

Strong Azure Dev Ops experience, including boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

• CSM, PSM, SAFe, Azure, or data-related certifications.
• Experience standing up Agile processes, QA gates, or governance practices.
