• 10+ years leading large-scale, billable services delivery in a SaaS or consulting environment.
• Proven track record managing projects with budgets exceeding $100k+, focusing on enterprise implementations.
• Advanced skills in Gantt schedules, resource forecasting, and RAID log maintenance.

• Base pay range: $126,514 - $173,956 USD annually, plus potential equity and bonus.
• Ability to travel up to 20-30% for client on-sites and internal strategy sessions.
• Position can be based in Austin, TX;
  Carpinteria, CA;
  Tampa, FL; or remotely within the US.
