Job Title:
Data Analyst - W2 Role
Location: 100% Remote
Duration:
Long Term.

- Gathering business requirements for ETL data processing ETL for data warehousing applications
- Strong US healthcare knowledge including analysis of areas like medical claims and eligibility
- Have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and drive results
- Strong SQL knowledge, data modeling, Databricks and Snowflake environment usage
- Query data sources to perform gap/impact analyses between source and target systems
- Define and maintain rules for data profiling and data transformation logic
- Create source to target mappings and functional specifications for development team by gathering requirements from business stakeholders
- Participate in different phases on the SDLC and including QA and UAT
- Drive business process reengineering efforts, meeting facilitation and issue resolution
- Experience level: 7+ years of data analysis, data warehouse and US healthcare knowledge
