Exiger is seeking a Service Now Platform Manager to lead the strategic direction, governance, and hands‑on administration of our Service Now environment. This role will oversee the platform’s development lifecycle—from design and implementation to optimization and maintenance—ensuring that Service Now solutions align with Exiger’s business needs and technology roadmap.

The ideal candidate is both atechnical leaderand astrategic platform owner, capable of translating business objectives into scalable Service Now capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the Service

    Now platform, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
  • Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Service Now modules includingTPSM, SPM, and SOM.
  • Define and maintain platform governance, architecture standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with IT, Security, and business stakeholders to align Service Now capabilities with organizational goals.
  • Oversee integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems.
  • Manage upgrades, patches, and releases while minimizing disruption to operations.
  • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across IT and business workflows.
  • Mentor and guide administrators and developers supporting the platform.
  • Monitor performance, ensure data integrity, and maintain system documentation.
  • Establishes and enforces governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for the platform.
  • Operationalize business requirements within the platform with along with strategic roadmap planning
Preferred Certifications
  • Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)–Highly Preferred
  • ITIL Certification–Preferred
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)–Optional
  • Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)–Optional
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing or developing within enterprise

    Service

    Nowenvironments.
  • Deep understanding ofTPSM, SPM, and SOMmodules.
  • Strong technical foundation in workflow automation, scripting, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Experience defining platform roadmaps, governance, and operational excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands‑on when needed
