Principal Customer Success Executive; Fully Remote

• Lead high-complexity transformations in largest strategic customers, ensuring alignment and delivery according to governance.
• Proactively identify professional services pipeline opportunities through capabilities road mapping and value blueprints.
• Partner with Impact team members to create executive-ready narratives from customer insights.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years client-facing experience in account management, consulting, or transformation leadership.
• Significant experience collaborating with senior IT and business leaders, translating corporate strategy into technology use.
• PMP preferred; project management experience required; ability to leverage AI for workflows and strategic decisions.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base pay range of $180,200 to $315,400, plus equity and variable compensation.
