- The BSA will be embedded within the Partner Experience team and responsible for the following:
- Requirements gathering, documentation, and user story authoring across Salesforce Partner Experience features
- Process mapping — current-state and future-state documentation for partner-facing workflows (onboarding, deal registration, portal access, program management)
- Stakeholder alignment across Alliance Operations, IT, Sales, and Channel teams
- UAT planning, facilitation, test case review, and defect triage oversight
- Sprint backlog grooming and story-readiness reviews with the engineering team
- Supporting go-live activities including, stakeholder communications and cutover planning
- Requirements gathering, documentation, and user story authoring in a Salesforce context
- Process mapping, gap analysis, and current-state / future-state documentation
- Stakeholder management across business, product, and engineering teams
- UAT planning, facilitation, and defect triage oversight
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or PRM processes
- Proficiency with Jira or similar project tracking tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — must be able to produce clear, audience-appropriate documentation
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
SKILLS:
- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification
- Experience in partner operations, channel sales, or alliance programs
- Familiarity with agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
- Ability to translate complex business processes into clear technical requirements for a Salesforce development team
- Experience supporting go-live activities including stakeholder training and change management
- Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or channel-heavy organizations
