Blockworks is hiring two Business Development Representatives to launch our outbound team. You will identify and engage decision-makers at fintechs, banks, exchanges, and tech firms building in crypto, then schedule qualified meetings for our sellers.
This role emphasizes autonomy as we scale and build new processes. You’ll run outbound across email, phone, X/Twitter, Linked In, Telegram, and warm intros, and contribute to a scalable system while learning our tools and messaging.
