Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic Ambulatory + BH Analyst for a 3 month Staff Aug opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide production support for Epic Ambulatory and Behavioral Health applications, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests
- Build, test, and maintain Ambulatory and Behavioral Health workflows, including Smart Tools, templates, and visit navigators
- Partner with clinical and operational end users to gather requirements and turn them into system solutions
- Perform unit, integrated, and regression testing for fixes, enhancements, and upgrades
- Document build, configuration changes, and workflow decisions
- Participate in change management and upgrade activities
Requirements:
- Epic Ambulatory Analyst experience required
- Experience supporting Behavioral Health workflows in Epic
- Epic Ambulatory certification preferred
- Working knowledge of outpatient clinical workflows
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
