Accountabilities:
- Own CRM administration, integrations, and data quality.
- Define funnel architecture, lead scoring, forecasting, and dashboards.
- Develop outbound messaging and measure performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 5-8+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
- Hands-on Hub Spot administration or equivalent CRM expertise.
- Base salary $115k-$135k, performance bonus, and equity.
