Clinical Support Expert; Fully Remote

• Resolve complex clinical inquiries and time-sensitive escalations from frontline agents and cross-functional teams.
• Manage booked calls to advise on complex, practice-level case issues.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for inbound clinical support tickets via phone, chat, video, and email.

Quality Assurance and Training Leadership:

• Perform QA reviews to ensure clinical accuracy and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to coach new hires and provide specialized clinical training.
• Create and update Knowledge Base articles, including German-language localization.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in German and English with deep clinical and 3
  
  Shape CAD/CAM expertise.
• Minimum 5+ years in a high-volume lab setting and 3+ years in digital dental design.
• Based in Germany with a customer-focused mindset and experience training and coaching others.
