CAI is seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Service Desk Analyst (English/Turkish) to provide Level 1 IT support and customer service to English- and Turkish-speaking users. The role runs weekdays from 12:30am to 4:30am EST and is remote, with work performed for associates and vendors.
The ideal candidate has 6–12 months in a Service Desk or technical support role, is bilingual, and possesses strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
