Bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist; English​/Spanish; remote l EMEA​/APAC

Scale Source is seeking a bilingual digital marketing specialist to own campaigns across paid ads, email and SMS, copy and creative. This role drives end-to-end campaign performance from planning to optimization and reporting.

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and Linked In with data-driven adjustments.
• Create and test ad variations with writers and designers; track performance.
• Build and manage email and SMS campaigns and flows in Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Ensure bilingual messaging resonates with both English and Spanish speaking audiences.
• Analyze results and translate data into actionable next steps and budget decisions.
• Use ChatGPT or similar tools to move faster while applying sound judgment.

• 2-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience from planning to optimization and reporting.
• Direct experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads;
  Linked In Campaign Manager a strong plus.
• Experience building email or SMS campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Flawless written and spoken English for client-facing work.
• Fluent Spanish and ability to write and review customer-facing campaigns.
• Basic Photoshop and Premiere skills for quick edits and asset prep.
