Role:
Service Now ITOM L3 Support Engineer
Location: Pan India / Remote
Experience: 10+ Years
Key
Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Service Now ITOM, Event Management, Discovery, CMDB and CSDM
. - Expertise in L3 troubleshooting, RCA, platform administration, upgrades and patching
. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions
. - Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor and Integration Hub
. - Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP and Azure AD integrations
. - Knowledge of ACLs, roles, users, Update Sets and instance management
. - Experience in platform health monitoring, performance management and ITIL governance.
- Ability to work with infrastructure, development and architecture teams for complex issue resolution.
- Mandatory:
Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA). - ITIL Foundation and Service Now Discovery/Event Management certifications preferred.
