- Hands-on manager role, split between leading a small team and doing analytical work.
- You'll write and optimize SQL, review models, and own complex cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and develop 2-3 analysts while setting the technical bar.
- Lead analytical projects end-to-end, diagnose root causes, and present findings to leadership.
- Own dbt models and help automate manual data pulls.
Ideal Background:
- Advanced SQL and dbt fluency, plus experience with Tableau or Sigma.
- Strong stakeholder management and attention to detail.
- Interest in AI/ML workflows and building trusted data foundations.
