Virtual Assistant - Digital Marketing

We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys marketing, and has a strong eye for design and detail.

• Create and schedule social media posts using Canva across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.)
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
• Conduct SEO research and implement on-page/off-page optimization strategies
• Support sales and marketing efforts — lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM updates
• Assist with content planning and reporting analytics for growth campaigns
• Handle other administrative tasks as assigned

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Digital Marketing Assistant
• Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager
• Understanding of SEO best practices and keyword tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable internet connection and availability for 40 hours per week

• Experience with CRM systems (Hub Spot, Zoho, etc.)
• Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.)
• Basic understanding of branding and content strategy
