- Part-time contract role owning front-line support for retail investors.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to accounts, money movements, and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to tickets, triage by urgency, and resolve within service expectations.
- Review money movements, troubleshoot account issues, and keep accurate records.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years client-facing experience in finance, fintech, or tech.
- Advanced English, organized, able to work independently.
Engagement:
- Part-time, 9AM-1PM EST, 5 days per week (20 hours).
- Remote from anywhere in LATAM, fractional/contract.
