Manager, Learning & Development; Fully Remote

• We are seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to build and lead our company-wide L&D function.
• This hands-on role reports to the Global Head of People and involves strategy, program design, and execution.

• Develop the L&D strategy, governance, and infrastructure, including learning technology and content.
• Design and deliver manager development programs and technical learning pathways.
• Measure L&D effectiveness through business outcomes and continuously improve initiatives.

• Proven experience in L&D, including building programs and leading teams.
• Strong skills in instructional design, facilitation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to partner across functions and influence without formal authority.
