Junior IT Support Analyst N1; Fully Remote

• Receive and register user requests through the designated IT service management system.
• Categorize and prioritize tickets according to established procedures and service requirements.
• Provide support by phone or remote access and aim to resolve eligible requests on first contact.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education degree and previous experience in IT service desk or technical support.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, basic hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Working Conditions:

• Fully remote with a 6x1 schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:12 PM.
