We’re actively looking for multiple Implementation Coordinators who want to help take the customer experience to the next level.

This role is FULLY REMOTE, though you MUST reside within the U.S.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist implementation team in gathering and documenting business requirements during implementation.
  • Support discovery sessions to understand customers' current systems, processes, and data structures.
  • Prepare, clean, and validate customer data for migration or integration.
  • Configure platform settings and parameters as directed, aligning build to documented requirements.
  • Support testing and validation of system configurations and data migration to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to elevate complex issues or propose platform improvements.
  • Maintain implementation documentation and process guides; recommend improvements for clarity and efficiency.
Must Haves:
  • 1–3years of experience in a support, administrative, or coordinator role (internships or relevant coursework considered).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in healthcare operations or SaaS platforms.
Even Better if you have:
  • Experience with healthcare-specific platforms (e.g., EMRs/EHRs, WFM tools, scheduling systems, Epic).
  • Basic knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., ETL tools) is a bonus.
