Manager, Client Onboarding & Operations; Fully Remote

• Drive client value by managing relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding, configuration, and testing across a portfolio of clients.
• Manage project expectations, risks, and escalations with strong organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of client onboarding and project management experience, ideally in digital health.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills across technical and executive audiences.
• Proficiency with Google apps, PM tools like  and MS Project.
• Annual salary range of $145,000-$160,000 USD.
