- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience or equivalent; active SECRET clearance.
- Two years of SLA management, advanced Excel, and data analysis experience.
Skills:
- ITIL v4 certification, PMP, and Service Now experience.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana.
