Systems Engineer; Fully Remote

• Provide remote IT support through a shared inbound call queue, assisting users across multiple clients with a broad range of technical issues.
• Work across technologies and support needs, developing a well-rounded skill set for growth within Atlas Technica.
• Use a ticketing system to manage support queries and maintain documentation while adhering to change control procedures.

• 2 years of IT experience in desktop support, systems engineering, or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, and the Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD).
• Understanding of networking, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, and endpoint threat management.
• Financial industry experience with market vendor applications like Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, Fact Set, and CapIQ.
• Significant experience in an MSP environment, particularly with Connect Wise.
• Exposure to cloud workloads in Azure or AWS and cybersecurity solutions like Crowd Strike or Carbon Black.
