Project Manager, Change Management

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Project Manager in a fully remote environment to support a leading organization in the cybersecurity services industry
. This role drives end‑to‑end project execution, partnering closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver high‑impact initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational goals.

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, security operations, product, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, communication plans, and status reporting.
• Drive alignment on scope, requirements, timelines, and resource needs across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies and elevate when necessary.
• Facilitate structured decision‑making and ensure clarity around Key Business Decisions (KBDs) and Key Design Decisions (KDDs).
• Ensure project documentation, governance, and delivery standards are met across all phases.
• Support continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and recommending process enhancements.

• 3–5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise environments.
• Proven success managing cross‑functional teams and driving complex, multi‑workstream projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Experience working with engineering, security, cloud, or operations teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, tight deadlines, and shifting requirements.
• PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are a plus.

• Competitive salary: $105,000 – $125,000 annually (depending on experience).
