Epic Ambulatory​/Behavioral Health Analyst – Remote

Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic Ambulatory + BH Analyst for a 3 month Staff Aug opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for Epic Ambulatory and Behavioral Health applications, troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests
• Build, test, and maintain Ambulatory and Behavioral Health workflows, including Smart Tools, templates, and visit navigators
• Partner with clinical and operational end users to gather requirements and turn them into system solutions
• Perform unit, integrated, and regression testing for fixes, enhancements, and upgrades
• Document build, configuration changes, and workflow decisions
• Participate in change management and upgrade activities

Requirements:

• Epic Ambulatory Analyst experience required
• Experience supporting Behavioral Health workflows in Epic
• Epic Ambulatory certification preferred
• Working knowledge of outpatient clinical workflows
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
