Role
IT Support Manager responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT service delivery in a commercial-stage biopharma company transitioning to full commercial operations.
ObjectivesManaging MSP/vendor relationships, ensuring SLA adherence, and supporting rapid organizational scaling.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years in IT support/service management, experience with vendor management, end-user services, hardware/software asset management, and customer support, particularly in biotech or pharma settings preferred.
- Support for a biotech company in late-stage pre-commercial to launch phase, focusing on remote IT support across US East Coast and Europe
- Experience supporting fast growth or product launch advantageous
- Technical familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS), ITSM tools, and project management certifications (PMP, ITIL) preferred.
- The role reports to VP of IT, involves no direct reports, and requires early-shift availability (7:00-7:30 AM ET).
- Work is remote, supporting a high-trust, mission-driven environment centered on advancing retinal disease therapeutics.
