Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Infrastructure migration projects from planning through execution and closure.
- Manage Hardware migration initiatives including Printers, A/V equipment, end-user devices, and related infrastructure.
- Drive Server and Application migration projects across data centers, cloud, or enterprise environments.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Server, Network, Application, Security, Desktop, and Vendor teams.
- Manage migration waves, cutover planning, testing, implementation, and post-migration stabilization.
- Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
- Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery against project timelines and SLAs.
- Coordinate UAT, validation, rollback planning, and go-live activities.
- Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, status reports, and governance artifacts.
- Ensure migrations are completed with minimal business disruption.
- 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project/Program Management.
- Strong experience managing infrastructure migration projects.
- Hands-on project management experience with:
- Printer / Hardware migrations
- A/V equipment migrations
- Server migrations
- Application migrations
- Data center / infrastructure relocation or transformation projects
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Experience managing multiple technical teams and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, RAID management, change management, cutover and deployment processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile/Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and executive communication skills.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience with Data Center Migration / Consolidation.
- Cloud migration experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- Experience with CMDB / ITSM tools such as Service Now.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong experience with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar PM tools.
