Senior Director Product Management - Infor CloudSuite A&D

Infor is seeking a Senior Director Product Management to drive for the A&D Cloudsuite the vision, strategy, and execution. In addition, the role will be supporting other Project Oriented industries that Infor serves with the discrete cloudsuites.

The Senior Director will bridge the gap between complex industry requirements and cutting-edge software development. You will collaborate closely with R&D, sales, strategy, marketing and our global customer base to deliver scalable, compliant, and highly functional A&D and Project oriented capabilities that helps manufacturing organizations navigate digital transformation.

• Define, maintain, and execute the product roadmap for Infor Cloud Suite A&D, ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategy and emerging market trends.
• Translate complex customer needs, regulatory shifts (e.g., ITAR, CMMC, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations), and competitive gaps into clear, actionable user stories and product requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and UX/UI designers in an Agile environment to build, test, and deploy robust Cloud Suite features.
• Conduct continuous research on the enterprise software landscape and the A&D industry to identify new growth opportunities, SaaS innovations, and competitive differentiators.
• Be a trusted advisor to key accounts, user groups, and internal stakeholders. Gather direct feedback to validate product concepts and features.
• Enable sales, pre-sales, and implementation partners. Perform product demo’s to different stakeholders in the ecosystem.
• The role will require the individual to present to executives on the roadmap, releases as well as our industry strategy.

• A&D Industry experience, specifically within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) space.
• Strong domain knowledge of A&D manufacturing processes, including project manufacturing, contract management, supply chain traceability, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO).
• Experience working within strict regulatory compliance frameworks including ISO, NIST, CMMC, ITAR, DCAA and MMAS.
• Experience working within or building software for the Aerospace & Defense (CMMC) and/or high-tech discrete manufacturing sectors.
• Experience with analytical and agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha! Roadmaps, Confluence & Product Board), AI Assisted productivity tools, as well as cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with platform extensibility, integration frameworks, and modern business software technology platforms.
• Experience evaluating or applying AI, automation, and agentic technologies within enterprise software environments.
• Experience supporting customer communities, user groups, partner ecosystems, executive briefings, webinars, or industry events.
• Experience attracting, developing, and retaining product management talent.
• Experience with industry-focused growth strategies, product positioning, portfolio transformation, or market expansion initiatives.
• Experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as Infor Birst, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma to support data-informed product decisions.
