CAI is seeking a bilingual English/Turkish Service Desk Analyst for a part-time, remote shift in the United States. You will provide Level 1 IT support to English and Turkish speakers, handling tickets via phone, email, or chat, and delivering friendly, accurate service.
You will reset passwords, troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and software, document solutions, and escalate when needed. The role requires 6–12 months in service desk, HS diploma, and availability weekdays 12:30am–4:30am
