Our Hub Spot Technologists bridge business strategy with technical execution. Working alongside our Rev Ops Strategists and Engineering team, you'll design, configure, and optimize Hub Spot and connected systems that enable scalable revenue operations.

You'll combine Hub Spot expertise, systems thinking, and technical problem-solving to translate business requirements into reliable solutions, improve data integrity, automate processes, and deliver measurable outcomes for our partners.

• Improve:
  Be able to create custom solutions in Hub Spot within the first 6 months.
• Build:
  Understand business and revenue operations objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
• Lead:
  Ability to map and integrate Multi-System Data Models
• Drive:
  Ability to BLUF and communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders
• Plan:
  Ability to scope, plan, and deliver technically complex projects; documents architecture and workflows; communicate updates regularly

Success in this role is measured by your ability to translate business needs into scalable Hub Spot solutions, deliver technically complex projects with quality and clarity, and build reliable systems that drive measurable outcomes for our partners.

This opportunity is for you if you have/can:

• Minimum of 3 years with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets/Apps Scripting
• 3+ years of Hub Spot
• 3+ years of Database Development
• 3+ years Project Management
• 3+ years Rest APIs, GraphQL, Webhooks
• 3+ years HTML and React
• 3+ years of Database Development
• 3+ years of Python 3.x or Node.js scripting experience
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or Tray.io

• You solve with purpose. You translate business requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• You communicate with clarity. You BLUF, document your work, keep stakeholders informed, and simplify technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You own delivery. You proactively scope, manage, and execute complex technical projects while partnering closely with Rev Ops Strategists to deliver exceptional results.
