The Intersect Group is seeking an IT Field Support Technician to deliver hands-on desktop and device support across office and branch locations. You will image, deploy, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac devices, manage requests in Jira, and coordinate with vendors for branch refresh projects.
You’ll need 2+ years in IT support, familiarity with SCCM/Jamf, AD, and strong communication to ensure excellent user service. Hybrid, regional travel, and on-site/remote work are expected.
