OGI Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist — Email & Journey Automation

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist to build and send email campaigns, manage contact lists, create customer journeys, and report on results in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, executes campaigns precisely from written briefs, and works closely with marketing and business teams. Candidates who want to take the lead with internal departments, understanding their needs and planning how journey automation can support them, are a strong plus.

• Build, test, and send email campaigns, reviewing content, links, audiences, and setup before every launch.
• Load, validate, and maintain contact lists and audiences.
• Create and maintain customer journeys and automations in Journey Builder.
• Run reports and analyze results to demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams, and support documentation and platform improvements.

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Data Extensions.
• Proven experience building and sending email campaigns, managing audiences, and reporting on performance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions precisely.
• Advanced English (mandatory): daily written and verbal communication with U.S. stakeholders.

• SQL for segmentation; AMPscript and/or SSJS for personalization.
• Experience partnering with business teams to plan journey automation opportunities.
• Understanding of CRM and customer lifecycle initiatives.
• Experience with integrations, testing/UAT, and working with IT and data teams.

Soft Skills: Organized, proactive, accountable, and a clear communicator with business stakeholders.
