Senior Enterprise Support Engineer; Fully Remote

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and face of Unframe for enterprise clients.
• Own client technical issues end-to-end and drive live strategy and de-escalation calls.

What You'll Do:

• Lead enterprise client engagements and handle high-stakes account de-escalations.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents using SQL, log analysis, and code forensics.
• Configure and deploy autonomous AI agents to automate triage workflows.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in technical support, support engineering, QA, or solutions engineering.
• Proficiency with SQL, cloud log analysis, REST APIs, and enterprise authentication protocols.
• Active daily practitioner of generative AI and agentic coding tools.
