- Oversee the full project lifecycle from discovery to go-live and stabilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate discovery workshops with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
- Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and scope changes across multiple engagements.
- Coordinate internal consultants and external stakeholders to deliver on time.
Requirements:
- At least three years of client-facing project management experience.
- Professional fluency in French and English.
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll platforms or employee data projects.
