As a key frontline problem solver in our AECO Customer Experience team, you will act as a trusted advisor, diagnosing issues, sharing product best practices, and directly shaping how industry professionals interact with cutting-edge technology every day.

• Partner with customers across phone, email, and chat to diagnose and resolve technical challenges with empathy and expertise.
• Empower users with actionable tips, tutorials, and workflows that boost their confidence and daily productivity with Trimble products.
• Champion issue resolution across installations, account entitlements, product extensions, and bug tracking to ensure seamless workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escape critical incidents and continuously refine knowledge base resources.

• Proven experience delivering technical customer solutions via omnichannel support (phone, email, chat).
• Strong technical aptitude with modern computer systems, operating environments, and collaborative software tools.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills with an innate ability to translate technical concepts into simple language.
• Resourceful troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities paired with organized case documentation habits.
• Bonus Points For Familiarity with ticketing platforms, remote support tools, or customer support center environments.
• Background or interest in engineering, architecture, design, or user experience (UX).
• Experience working across multiple operating systems including Windows, iOS, and Android.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
