Ethos is seeking an experienced Dev Ops engineer to join a foundational AI lab project. You will train and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks by applying blameless postmortems, root-cause analyses, and on-call runbooks to production incidents.
The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week, ASAP start, and compensation at $80/hour. Candidates should have 4+ years leading SRE or on-call engineering and exceptional written communication.
