Service Desk Analyst; Fully Remote

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer incidents and technical issues on a DoD enterprise platform.
• Support modern software development and Dev Sec Ops  initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user onboarding, authentication, and access administration through Keycloak.
• Create and administer Jira projects and Confluence spaces, including permissions.
• Troubleshoot login, account, and permission issues, and escalate complex problems.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
• 1-3 years of experience in help desk or IT support.
• Familiarity with identity and access management, Atlassian tools, and troubleshooting.
• Salary range of $70,000-$80,000 per year plus annual bonus eligibility.
