• You are a problem-solver who digs until you find the root cause backed by data.
• You are comfortable with technical tools and can explain findings to non-technical audiences.
• You already use AI in your daily work and operate with an owner's mindset, including evenings and weekends when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure merchant setups for loyalty, apps, and online ordering with speed and accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve issues by taking escalations and providing clear bug reports to Engineering.
• Monitor location health, manage card network enrollment, and build automations to improve team efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in technical support or operations with a track record of finding root causes across multiple systems.
• Comfort with data, SQL is a plus, and proficiency in AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
• Clear communication and a habit of automating repetitive work in a lean, fast-paced environment.
