CSC is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Project Manager to serve as the Wrike Platform Owner. This remote position, local to Wilmington, involves overseeing the Wrike project management platform and coordinating marketing projects from intake through delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing leaders, channel specialists, creative and content teams, and business stakeholders to streamline workflows and ensure timely project completion.

The role requires advanced hands‑on experience with Wrike, including platform administration, workflow configuration, automation, and reporting. The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining an accurate view of active marketing work, facilitating communication across teams, and driving continuous improvement in project management processes.

• Significant experience managing multiple concurrent marketing projects across diverse teams and channels
• Advanced proficiency in Wrike, including platform administration, workflow design, request forms, templates, automation, dashboards, and reporting
• Proven ability to improve and scale an established Wrike environment and enforce consistent project management standards
• Strong understanding of creative production, copy review, campaign execution, social media, email marketing, and webinar processes
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold stakeholders accountable while fostering productive relationships
• Sound judgment in balancing deadlines, capacity, and business priorities
• Preferred:
  Experience in enterprise B2B marketing, professional services, or regulated industries
• Preferred:
  Experience supporting teams across multiple business units, regions, and time zones
• Preferred:
  Familiarity with Hub Spot, Salesforce, ON24, or social media management platforms
• Preferred:
  Relevant Wrike training or project management certification
