• Coordinate daily operations of the Production Underwriting team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of risk assessments to validate underwriting decisions
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Evaluate policy renewals and modifications to identify opportunities for enhancements and risk mitigation
• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company’s products to brokers and agents

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of E&S Property underwriting experience
• Ability to travel by plane or car 10%-25% of the time, including overnight travel
• Experience with recycling, woodworking, and light manufacturing risks is a plus
• Completion of or progress toward a professional designation preferred

• Experience in developing marketing strategies for insurance products
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and competitive landscape
• Previous roles in leadership or team management within the underwriting field
