Insurance Sales Manager

AAA Northeast is seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Personal Lines Insurance Sales Manager to lead, inspire, and grow a high‑performing team of licensed insurance sales professionals. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue, developing talent, and delivering exceptional member experiences across our Personal Lines portfolio.

• Lead, coach, and motivate a remote team of licensed Personal Lines insurance agents
• Drive individual and team sales performance to exceed revenue and cross‑sell goals
• Analyze sales metrics, trends, and KPIs; implement strategies to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and company policies
• Manage schedules, timekeeping, staffing coverage, and productivity
• Interview, hire, and onboard top insurance sales talent
• Deliver ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and career development planning
• Escalate and resolve complex customer concerns while ensuring Five Diamond service
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting updates, and industry trends

• High School Diploma;
  Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
• 3+ years of successful people leadership in a sales‑driven environment
• 8+ years of Personal Lines insurance sales experience
  , including cross‑selling success
• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license
• Life Insurance License or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire
• Proven ability to lead, engage, and develop a remote sales team
• Strategic mindset with strong accountability, ownership, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment

The base salary range for this position $83,500-$94,750
* annually. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

* The Insurance Sales Manager incentive plan also includes an bonus plan based on team sales and performance, an additional Individual Performance bonus, and a Club shared success bonus.
