• Prepare and coordinate analyses for insurance rating and support individual account pricing
• Conduct actuarially sound statistical analysis and document findings systematically
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, finance, and claims
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure quality work and drive innovation
• Provide mentorship and guidance for junior colleagues as needed

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 5 years of post-bachelor experience performing statistical and actuarial analysis, or a graduate degree with 3 years of experience
• Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages, such as SQL, R, Python, Radar, etc.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Experience in actuarial analysis on Commercial Auto lines insurance
• Proven oral and written communication skills, including the ability to give formal presentations
• In-depth actuarial industry knowledge and knowledge of the insurance marketplace
• Expert-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Active participation in employee resource groups or community volunteering
