• Prepare and coordinate analyses for insurance rating and support individual account pricing
• Conduct actuarially sound statistical analyses and document findings for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, finance, and claims
• Follow industry developments and provide mentorship to junior colleagues as needed
• Provide analytical support to other functions on an ad hoc basis

• BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or related area with 5 years of post-bachelor experience in statistical and actuarial analysis, or a graduate degree with 3 years of experience
• Completion of 5 or more actuarial exams
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Experience with actuarial analysis on Commercial Auto lines insurance
• Proven oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation capabilities
• In-depth actuarial industry knowledge and understanding of the insurance marketplace
• Expert-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Active participation in company culture initiatives such as employee resource groups or volunteering
