* You must currently reside in NC to be eligible, even though the role is flexible to be up to 100% remote

* Must have an active P&C License for NC

* Must have strong CL Account Management experience

Frederick Fox has partnered with an industry leading organization in their search for a strong CL Account manager. In this role, you will be ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by delivering timely, consistent, and quality service for a book of about 40 medium to large Commercial Lines Accounts across North Carolina, many in Construction, but spanning a variety of industries.

Responsibilities

• Serve both clients and Producers, collaborating with clients, carriers, producers, and peers
• Process renewals
• Review and analyze quotations from carriers
• Prepare proposals for clients
• Prepare summaries for clients
• Process premium audits
• Prepare certificates of insurance
• Resolve compliance issues
• Assist with adding additional lines of coverage
• Prepare and deliver invoices
• Review newly issued policies for accuracy
• Participate in monthly renewal meetings
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting requirements and authority

Required

• 2+ years’ P&C Insurance Account Management
• 1+ years' Commercial Lines, P&C Insurance Account Management
• Active P&C license for NC
• You must currently reside in NC
• Client facing experience
• Commercial Lines experience working a book of less than 100 Medium to Large accounts, strategically identifying coverage gaps, fixing problems, understanding and growing the book…not just administrative tasks on small accounts
