Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing middle‑market accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Lines Manager and producers to ensure seamless account management, renewals, and marketing efforts.

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

• Manage a book of business including living facilities, non‑profits, and daycares.
• Handle renewals (90%) and assist with quoting new business (10%).
• Perform marketing tasks, Certificates of Insurance (COI), endorsements, and other account‑management duties.
• Collaborate with producers on new business marketing efforts.
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients.

• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a preference for candidates experienced in using Epic software.

  Proficiency in Epic software is highly preferred.
